  • Minimum 3 years experience in Facilities Management.

About The Role

As part of the Transformation Asset Management team, you will develop and drive effective implementation of the Serco Asset Management System (AMS), fostering a culture of effectiveness and continuous improvements to ensure statutory and contractual compliance, generate operational efficiencies and enriched customer experiences which will drive value creation and growth. Working within a great team of like-minded professionals you will be responsible for shaping the future model that the AsPac Facilities Management team will operate when servicing our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Providing operational AMS governance, diligence, and consistency to staff within designated contracts to ensure AMS implementation effectiveness and continuous improvement
  • Providing specialist writing and editing skills to develop the AMS documentation (policies, management plans, process workflows, procedures, forms and guidelines) in compliance with statutory, Serco business and ISO 55001 requirements
  • Managing the roll out of the AMS and associated Serco technology platforms on all designated contracts. Driving and participating in the mobilization process to this end
  • Obtaining and maintaining ISO 55001 Asset Management System certification, addressing any required corrective and/or improvement actions
  • Developing and delivering AMS training and competency programs
  • Ensuring comprehensive records are maintained, managing reporting requirements, and providing analysis to drive focus and continuous improvement
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to staff, as appropriate, to ensure the asset management system obligations are understood and met

 

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Building, Construction or similar
  • Prior experience in Asset Management role is must. Knowledge of Asset Management System, relevant AMS procedures and ISO 55001: Understand whole-of-business issues as they apply to Asset Management System at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and managing Facilities and Asset Management System in a complex operating environment.
  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Facilities, Asset, Safety or other associated disciplines
  • Management Systems Auditing experience (5+ years)
  • Experience working in Facilities Management or other associated functional areas (5+ years)
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail, prioritization skills and ability to effectively build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels to influence AMS practices
  • Highly developed Microsoft Office computer skills, SharePoint and MS Project are desirable

 

3-Systems Specialist

Key Accountabilities

  • Managing IT hardware – related services offer by central helpdesk for multiple projects, including Helpdesk hardware setups, diagnosing, and resolving hardware issues promptly, and optimising system performance
  • Work closely with the CAFM manager and CAFM specialist to architech solutions for new projects and bids
  • Using ITSM for tickets logging and completion
  • Completely commit to ITSM change management fulfilment
  • Install and deploy patch related support to meet the latest Serco SMS compliance and other corporate patch governance requirements
  • Install and configure laptop and printers as per Serco SMS
  • Implementation of CAFM system as directed
  • Involved in day-to-day operation of the CAFM system by data entry, upload, download, reporting and data correction
  • Designing reports using Crystal Reports, Concept Reports and MS Power BI
  • Developing SQL/MySQL queries for perfoamnce imporvement, troubleshooting and report creation
  • Desinging Concept Evolution Workflows and edit existing one.

 

Specific Requirements

  • Experience in Facility Management particulalry in FSI Concept Evolution System and Maximo is a plus

  • Must be familiar with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies
  • Familiar with SQL database quering and administrator is a must.
